The villa SHANGRI-LA is the synonym for a calm and relaxing holiday in Ibiza.
Enjoy the fantastic views of the open sea and the bay of Santa Eularia des Riu until Es Canar and the countryside. The generous sized plot with its numerous plants and trees is completely fenced in and the entrance is secured with a gate.
SHANGRI-LA offers accommodations for up to nine adults and two babies or rather infants.
The villa’s living space of about 330 sm is distributed over two floors and comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining-room and a living room; together with the numerous terraces about 600 square meters are available. The master suite "Shangri-La" with ensuite bathroom and a fantastic sea view is situated on the first floor. Enjoy the sound of the sea and the fantastic sunrises up there. A very special highlight is the totally and calm private terrace on top of the master suite: the perfect place for all who want to read a book, meditate or just enjoy the view to the sea and dream.
From the living area or directly by an access next to the entrance you reach another furnished terrace with the saltwater swimming pool that invites you to rest for a while.
SHANGRI-LA is a holiday home for those who want to relax and enjoy the peace and fantastic views under the sun of Ibiza.
With its stairway up to the entrance and its two floors the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users and severely walking disabled persons.
SHANGRI-LA with its fantastic sea views is situated on a hill in Santa Eularia des Riu in the quarter of Siesta.
There you find some little supermarkets, a german bakery and several good restaurants in walking distance. Or you enjoy a walk of about 20 minutes along the coast to the centre of Santa Eularia des Riu.
Directly underneath the villa there is a small beach which is popular with local population. There you will find a little beach bar that offers cold drinks and snacks.
The coastal town Sta. Eularia des Riu connects traditional charme and modern age. There you will find everything you are looking for: fantastic restaurants, numerous shopping facilities, a beautiful promenade („Paseo Maritim“) along the sandy beach of about 300 meters which offers a wide range of water sports and not to forget the magnificent marina with numerous bars and restaurants.
Those who like, can also go by boat to Formentera, Ibiza town or one of the neighbour bays.
Sta. Eularia des Riu is a place that brings together residents and tourists. The „Rambla S’Alamera“ with its shady trees and the market stalls offers a relaxed atmosphere. In the surrounding of Sta. Eularia des Riu you may also visit one of the lovely small villages like San Carlos or Sta. Gertrudis. Or you go on an excursion to one of the numerous fantastic bathing bays and enjoy a lunch or a dinner in one of the excellent restaurants located there.

The master suite with single room is ideal for a traveling family with a child. Both bedrooms also have a lockable access to the large terrace area of ??the villa from the common corridor.

Through the large panoramic window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the coastal town of Sta. Eulalia and across the sea to the rocky island of Tagomago. Every sunrise is an experience here.
From the master suite "Shangri-La" you come to your private roof terrace with two sun loungers and two hanging chairs.
Do you need baby cots or highchairs?
If required, up to 2 baby cots and highchairs are available free of charge.
Towels are changed weekly, depending on the length of stay. For stays of more than seven nights, cleaning and bed linen change once a week.
The care and maintenance of the outdoor area and the swimming pool is done regularly.
If you also need a cleaning and laundry service, this is possible for a surcharge.
All terraces offer a stunning panoramic view. From the living area you have direct access to the covered terrace area with dining table, benches as well as chill-out furniture.

Bringing pets is only allowed upon prior request and approval of the owner of the villa. If necessary, please contact us in time.

Advance payment: A reservation will be confirmed if 50% of the total amount of the reservation is paid in advance by bank transfer. The remainder of the payment (50%) can be made on the day of arrival (check-in) in cash or in advance, but no later than 7 days before the arrival date, by bank transfer.
Deposit: The deposit is 600 Euros and must be paid on the day of arrival (check-in). The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund of the deposit paid in case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date. For a check-out before the actual departure date, the total amount paid is non-refundable.

ECOTASA: The tourist tax ECOTASA is not included in the rental price and is to be paid on arrival.
When we drove through the gate with our friends on the property of the Villa Shangri-La, we were all overwhelmed. The location is perfect, you can see so far over the sea. In the evening the bay with its marina of Sta. Eulalia is wonderfully lit. The villa offers wonderful peace and above all a lot of space and opportunities to retire. My husband wanted to stay all the time in the Villa, because he had found everything here, what he imagined. The landlady Ana Maria is a very pleasant person and very caring. On the day of arrival there were even fresh fruit, drinks and other little things in the kitchen. Honestly, we did not want to go to Ibiza and then - thanks to the very good advice - convinced us that Mallorca do not only has beautiful sites to offer. We enjoyed the holiday very much and will definitely be back. Thanks for all!
What a fantastic find! From the moment we arrived we were looked after by Renarta and Anna who had stocked the fridge with a large selection of cold drinks, very welcoming! Nothing was too much trouble. We were given local information and even driven around to local restaurants and supermarkets. The house is situated in a lovely residential area and is very private and secure. The nearest beach is about 5 minutes away and you can also reach the town on the same path which takes 10-15 minutes. Santa Eulalia is lovely with an excellent selection of fabulous restaurants and a daily indoor food market. The house was enormous with each of the 5 bedrooms having its own bathroom.
