Villa CALMA is a modern and luxurious property on the beautiful island of Ibiza.

The villa offers you on a floor space of 480 sqm spacious room for up to 12 guests. Spend a relaxing holiday in one of the six suites with en suite bathroom. Enjoy the luxury of an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor grill in addition to the fully equipped indoor kitchen. Or: Lean back and just relax on the spacious outdoor terrace with swimming pool and enjoy Ibiza's great restaurants.

Villa CALMA is located near the coastal town of Sta. Eularia des Riu.

The coastal town of Sta. Eularia des Riu combines traditional charm with modernity. Here you will find everything you are looking for: excellent restaurants, numerous shops, a beautiful boulevard ("Paseo Maritim") along the approximately 300-meter long sandy beach, which also offers many opportunities for water sports, to the beautiful marina with numerous bars and restaurants. But especially in the surrounding area of Villa CALMA you will find excellent restaurants that you might not notice at first glance. We are happy to make recommendations or assist with the reservation.

The proximity to Sta. Eularia des Riu is also ideal if you want to charter a boat or a yacht for a trip to Formentera or spend a wonderful day in one of the surrounding bays.

6 Suites with en suite bathroom

Each suite (beds 2 x 2 mtr.) has a en suite bathroom private with rain shower and views of the garden.

Small (writing) table, air conditioning, safe and TV.

All suites face the garden to the side, some with adjoining terraces to provide privacy and quiet for your afternoon siesta, away from the happenings in the pool area.

One suite area with a total of four suites is located on the east side of the building, the second suite area with two suites on the west side. Both suites areas can be separated - in addition to the central living area with kitchen, dining and living room - via sliding doors.

Baby cots and highchairs

Do you need baby cots or highchairs? If required, up to 3 baby cots and highchairs are available free of charge. Further on request.

Large outdoor dining area, extensive gardens with olive trees.
