The Villa “Casa India Ibiza” is the perfect holiday home that will make your heart beat faster: a Villa for you and your family, for you and your friends, or for corporate events or photo shoots.

Casa India Ibiza is situated on a plot of 5.000 square meters. It is a luxurious and extravagant villa with a fantastic view in close proximity to the golf course Roca Llisa and close to the coastal zone of Roca Llisa. All bedrooms provide luxurious and individually facilities with en-suite bathrooms, iPod/iPhone docks and LCD TVs, so a relaxing and decelerating holiday for up to 12 guests is guaranteed. Besides the spacious salon and a lounge area with Sky satellite TV the Villa offers a study and office room.

Consistent LED lighting (partly with color changes) as well as motion-controlled lighting in the stairwell and corridor complete the luxury of this villa.

After the training in the villa’s own fitness room you can cool down in one of the two swimming pools and afterwards you may relax on one of the numerous sunbeds or in the shade providing Chillout area.

You love cooking? Then enjoy the absolute luxury of a second, high-quality outdoor kitchen next to the professionally equipped indoor kitchen with Miele appliances: Ibiza provides a variety of outstanding regional food for a fantastic dinner under the open sky.

THE LOCATION

Casa India Ibiza is located in the urban and luxurious residential area of Roca Llisa, in the east of the island. The Access is monitored by a security service with a security barrier.  Roca Llisa is ideally located between the coastal town of Sta. Eularia of the Riu and Ibiza Town. Both cities are only about 8 km away and are easily accessible via the road PMV-810-1. Ibiza Airport (Aeroport d’Eivissa) is about 18 km away.

Roca Llisa also is well-known for its 9- and 18-hole golf courses (“Golf Ibiza”) located in a beautiful valley near the coast. A dream and at the same time a challenge for every passionate golfer and those who want to become.

Roca Llisa has a small beach embedded between a rocky coast named Cala Olivera. The Villa is about 2 km away. Many more popular beaches you may find along the coastal road to Sta. Eularia des Riu such as “Sol d’en Serra” with its hip beach restaurant “Amante Ibiza”.

After a short drive by car in the direction of Ibiza town you will come across Talamanca with a long and fine sandy beach. There you also find several beach clubs and numerous restaurants like “Restaurante El Pulpo”.
