Finca CAN XET

The Finca CAN XET is a stylish, authentic finca in the typical Majorcan style with charming furnishings, which has been restored with many original details: a very pleasing and comfortable holiday home.

CAN XET is located in rural surroundings on a spacious plot and has a large pool integrated into the garden. The surrounding terraces and another adjoining terrace offer the ideal opportunity for a delicious BBQ as well as daily sunbathing. The holiday home is suitable for the guests with higher demands, who are looking for peace and quiet and is accustomed to quality. 

CAN XET has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the finca are the living room, the kitchen and two bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds and bathroom en suite and another with a double bed and bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm); the fourth bedroom is equipped with electric heating.

Can Xet is located off a single track lane between Santanyi and Cas Concos.

This area is one of Mallorca`s best kept secrets with secluded private estates and magnificent villas dotted around the countryside or perched on one of the many little hilltops that abound between the picturesque villages of Cas Concos and Alqueria Blanca.

This coastline offers so many small delightful sandy beaches including Cala Mondrago and one of the finest beaches in Mallorca - Es Trenc, Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, S´Amonia - all within 10-15 driving distance.The nearest golf course Vall d´Or is only 10 minutes driving distance.
