The authentic Finca Can Jordi consists of a main house and an annex and offers ideal conditions for holidays on a Finca for a larger group of people.
The main house consists of two floors, the ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a large living area as well as a large and modern kitchen with a small sitting area. From the living area as well as from the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace with adjoining pool area. The spacious dining room is opposite the kitchen and has access to a Mediterranean patio. Another cosy sitting area in traditional finca style is located in the corridor of the finca, close to the staircase to the upper floor.
On the ground floor itself there are three of the five bedrooms of the main house. Two more bedrooms (suites) are on the upper floor of the finca, partly with terrace. The cosy atmosphere of the Finca is rounded off by the small comfortable reading corner with two large armchairs on the gallery of the upper floor.
The large outdoor area of this finca offers different sun and shade zones. Many Mediterranean plants such as baobabs, prickly pears and lemon trees can be found throughout the property. The private swimming pool with Roman steps measures 10.00 x 5.00 metres and is 1.00-1.80 metres deep. Sun loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe. Between the outdoor terrace with an additional dining area there is a small outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. Enjoy cosy BBQ evenings in the warm summer air or enjoy a glass of wine on one of the outdoor terraces.
In the adjoining house of the authentic Finca Can Jordi you will find three more bedrooms in front of which one bedroom with bath en suite has a separate entrance. The larger area of the adjacent house offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a small lounge equipped with comfortable sofas and a small, modern and open kitchen.
A partially roofed patio connects the adjoining house with the finca. The patio is also equipped with garden furniture, so that you also have the possibility to retreat here and comfortably read a book, drink a coffee or get your bike ready for the next trip.
Finca Can Jordi is perfect for a large group that wants to actively explore nature, the surroundings and various beaches and bays.
The daily/weekly prices shown here apply for an occupancy of up to 10 people! Please ask us for an offer, if more than 11 to a maximum of 18 guests will be staying with you.

To protect the owner or the tenant, the exact GPS coordinates for the location of the villa are not displayed on our Website. Therefore, we refer to the nearest town, so you can classify the regional location of the property.
The Finca Can Jordi is located between " Felanitx " and " Cas Concos " and offers a very favorable situation for trips, both in the inland, and to the south-east coast with its small, romantic sand bays.
The diving bases of the southeast coast are about 10 km away, as well as the golf course "Vall d'Or Golf" and the closest beaches are also about 10 km away, which you can reach by rental car in a short drive.

For a stay of more than 10 days one change of linens and cleaning is included.

Advance payment: A reservation is confirmed when 15% of the total amount of the reservation is paid in advance. The balance of the payment (75%) must be made at Check-in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
Deposit: 800 Euro. The deposit must be paid in cash at the CHECK-IN and will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy: If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of the rental. If the cancellation is made 59 - 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within less than 7 days, no-show without prior cancellation or early check-out, you will have to pay the full price of the booked period of stay. In these cases, no (pro rata) refund will be made.
Final cleaning: 330 EUR
ECOTASA: The tourist tax ECOTASA is not included in the rental price and is to be paid on arrival.
