The living room of the villa shines in bright elegance and generosity. A modern and illuminated bar is hidden behind 19th century Chinese doors. A high-quality audio system from BOSE for the inside and from B&W for the outside provides ambient music full of sound.

The open kitchen and dining area invites you to cook and eat together. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen also has a wine refrigerator and icecube maker. The dining area offers enough space for 12 persons. On the adjoining roofed terrace you have the possibility to dine outside at any time. Retractable sails protect you from sun, wind and rain.

How about a delicious sunset BBQ? Take advantage of the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and round off the evening with a glass of wine. An exquisite selection of wines is stored in the villa's own Vinothek.

Villa Puesta del Sol has a total of six bedrooms, including 2 master suites and one suite. All bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom en suite and offer a fantastic 180° view of the sea. Handmade textiles from a Mallorcan weaving mill lovingly decorate the suites.

The two master suites of Villa Puesta del Sol each have their own additional terrace and balcony. So you can retreat at any time and relax in your own way.

A highlight of the Villa Puesta del Sol is the 15 x 5 m large and heated infinity pool with panoramic view over the sea which will delight you. In addition to the best water quality thanks to Ospa technology, you have LED lighting, the color of which you can choose freely. Both, the Infinity pool and the Jacuzzi, have an automatic cover to keep the heat even. You can also relax in the luxurious Spa & Fitness area of the villa. Get fit and train on Technogym fitness equipment with the best view and slow down in the Klafs sauna with sanarium.

THE LOCATION

The Villa Puesta del Sol is located in the southwest of Mallorca in the Cala Llamp. Through the hillside property of the villa with its alignment you have breathtaking sea panorama. In case of very good weather conditions you even have the chance to see the neighbouring island Ibiza. The villa is situated in a dead end road, embedded in the nature and in complete tranquility.

You can celebrate the sunsets here all year round thanks to this unique hillside location at Cala Llamp.

The popular and elegant coastal town of Port d'Andratx is only 2.5 km from the villa and attracts many celebrities from Germany. For many, Port d'Andratx is the most beautiful marina in Mallorca, due to its hilly landscape, numerous pine trees and the U-shaped bay.

In Port d'Andratx you will find numerous restaurants, local and elegant cafés and bars as well as many small boutiques.  

Cala Llamp itself is a beautiful place that invites you to stay. The bay of Cala Llamp is rocky and has no sandy beach. Nevertheless, the bay is very interesting for experienced swimmers and snorkel fans.

The nearest golf course, Golf de Andratx, is about 6 kilometres away. Golf de Andratx is one of the most outstanding and difficult courses in the Mediterranean: an 18-hole championship course with four par-5 holes and seven ponds.
