In Love with Villa Poeta!
The architect's villa Poeta was newly built on a 20,000 sqm property in 2001. Modern furniture and installations, high quality woodwork, high quality terracotta floor tiles, lovely decoration and a garden with centuries-old olive trees guarantee pure relaxation in one of the most beautiful regions on the east coast of Ibiza. When you open the gate to the estate, you will immediately feel warmth and coziness and you will know that your holiday begin now.
The villa itself consists of a main building and an outbuilding. The connection between the two building complexes is a large covered terrace. The terrace with the large dining table for ten people forms the central point: for breakfast, cosy tapas afternoons or for a delicious BBQ and always accompanied by a fantastic view! The main building consists of two levels. On the ground floor level there is the large and cosy living room with fireplace and numerous seating areas, a large kitchen with kitchen block and counter top, as well as a dining area, a utility room and a guest toilet. In addition to the fireplace, the villa also has central heating, so that even in the somewhat cooler seasons, restful and relaxed holidays are guaranteed. The staircase to the upper floor can be closed with a wooden sliding door.
On the upper floor are two of the four bedrooms: one bedroom with two double beds and next the master suite. The common bathroom can be enter from the corridor or directly from the master suite through a a second door. Both bedrooms have also a common private terrace. From here you have a breathtaking view over the whole valley to Cala San Vicente. Start relaxed into the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise over the sea and landscape.
In the outbuilding there is a studio/living room of about 30 sqm with sofa, desk/work table and the two other bedrooms. Both bedrooms are accessible from the studio: on the left side is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, on the right side is the second bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and with an additional shower (not visible) under the open sky in a small walled courtyard. Both bedrooms share another private terrace from which you have direct access to the master terrace and the swimming pool area.
The architecture of the villa is very well planned and well thought out: due to its north-east orientation, the Villa Poeta has a transverse ventilation system. This allows you to control the temperature in the villa - in an excellent and in a natural way - so that it will never be too hot during the summer months.
The 48 sqm swimming pool is ideal for the daily cooling off. For sunbathing there is a large furnished sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. The swimming pool and the sun terrace are located on a separate terrace level below the two parts of the building.
A pergola with outdoor shower and storage room (for the cushions of the sun beds) is located at the end of the pool area. Here you can relax, read a book or enjoy the view of the illuminated villa at night with a glass of wine. A wonderful place for lazy or romantic summer nights. Further chill-out corners and seating areas create their own small hot spots in the villa. So everyone can choose his or her favourite spot.
As the outbuilding can be used as a small villa in its own right, Villa Poeta is perfectly suited for families and couples. Thus you and your guests have not only enough private space and retreats but also a central and common spot for entertaining conversations at the large open-air dining table.

The villa is situated on a two hectare plot with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape up to the sea. The estate is completely fenced in and only accessible through an electric gate. As there are no direct neighbours, the villa offers you and your guests privacy and relaxation per excellence.
The villa is located in the municipality of Santa Eulalia del Rio, near San Carlos, one of the most beautiful villages on the popular east coast of Ibiza. With the numerous surrounding beaches and bays as well as shopping facilities, restaurants and bars, you can reach everything in just a few minutes by car. The beaches in the north and north-east of the island are ideally located and easily to be reached.
The big coastal town itself, Santa Eulala del Rio, is only about XX minutes away by car, where you will find various shopping facilities, café, bars, restaurants and the popular marina.
