Finca Can Gall Ibiza

Welcome to the Finca Can Gall Ibiza - a 300 year old finca that passionate Ibiza fans may remember.

The authentic Finca Can Gall was completely renovated in 2013 by the owner with all his love and passion and offers you and your guests all comfort on a constructed area of 280 sqm. Genuine Sabina wood beams, massive walls and a number of further elements of Ibizan architecture underline the authenticity of this extraordinary finca with a very special flair.

The open kitchen with the adjoining dining area is traditionally located in the entrance area of the finca. Some wooden elements of the kitchen area remained in their original state as memories and appreciation of the finca and its history. Perhaps you still remember Can Gall of the past?

From the cosy dining area you reach the salon. A large terrace with barbecue/kitchen is located in front of the entrance and dining area. Comfortable chill-out sofas and another outdoor dining area guarantee relaxing hours with a fantastic view of the church "Puig de Missa" in Santa Eulària des Riu until the sea. At night, the stunning view of the city's sea of lights is more than impressive.

To the left of the finca - facing southwest - is the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace, which you can also reach directly via another side exit of the finca. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the swimming pool area.

Finca Can Call is a perfect holiday home for families with children if you want to be close to the city and the sea but still want to enjoy the rural atmosphere.

The Finca Can Gall is situated in the countryside in the region of Sant Joan de Labritja/Santa Eulària des Riu. It is located only 6 kilometres northwest of the city centre of Santa Eulària des Riu. From the Finca you have a distant sea view as well as a fantastic view of "Puig de Missa" (the church of Santa Eulària des Rio) with its prominent location.

The coastal town of Sta. Eulària des Riu itself combines traditional charm with modernity and brings locals and holiday makers together. Here you will find everything you are looking for: Restaurants of all kinds, numerous shopping possibilities, the beautiful Marina de Santa Eulària des Riu with numerous bars and other restaurants. The "Rambla S'Alamera" with its shady trees and market stalls provide a relaxed flair. The "Paseo Maritim" promenade along the 300 metre long city beach offers many opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. And who likes, from Santa Eulària you can start boat tours directly to Formentera, Ibiza city or to one of the neighbouring bays.

In the environs of Santa Eulària des Riu you can enjoy the varied countryside and the beautiful small villages like San Carlos or Sta. Gertrudis. Or take a trip to one of the many beautiful bays on the east coast and/or the restaurants located there.

Advance payment: A reservation will be confirmed if 50% of the total amount of the reservation is paid in advance by bank transfer. The final payment (50%) must be made at least 21 days before the arrival date by bank transfer.

Deposit: The deposit is 1.500 Euros and must be paid on the day of arrival (check-in). The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Cancellation policy: You will receive the cancellation conditions with your booking request.

Final cleaning: Included.

ECOTASA: The tourist tax ECOTASA is not included in the rental price and is to be paid on arrival.
