Canela Augustin has its origins in 1921, although it is said that this townhouse already existed before that time. In the middle of Sant Augustin you will find this traditional and typically Ibicencan house with two bedrooms and bathrooms and everything that goes with it: a beautiful entrance hall, a large living area with dining room, a kitchen, a guest toilet and a sunny terrace with a private swimming pool. And you don't have to freeze in winter either: Can Augustin has been equipped with new underfloor heating to the latest standard just in case. And all this in the middle of the small, dreamy village of Sant Augustin with two very well-known restaurants and a fantastic view over the whole valley. 

Come in and admire this Ibicencan architecture with original Sabina wood beams in Canela Augustin. You will immediately feel comfortable and relaxed when you see the bright and cosy living and dining room (with Smart TV). The open-plan kitchen is right next door, so you are always in contact with your family or guests. This is the basic principle of the local, ancient buildings: central communication, cosiness, food and wine are always the focus.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 190 x 200 cm bed and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs is a small private realm: a separate living room with access to a private roof terrace, a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) which can also be put together, and an adjoining bathroom with shower and a bathtub with Jacuzzi.

The Location

Canela Augustin Ibiza is located on a hill in the small, dreamy village of Sant Augustin in the west of the island and belongs to the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Numerous beaches stretch out from here. In the centre of the village is the Eglésia de Sant Augusti des Vedrà, a place of worship completed at the beginning of the 19th century. Just opposite is the centrally located and unique restaurant Can Beri Vell, which is still housed in an original Ibizan farmhouse. This restaurant is only open in the evening. Next to it is the small tavern Can Berri with its cosy terrace, known for its tranquillity and good food, as well as a bar, a little grocery shop and an art gallery.
