The property is divided in two levels. On the main level the master bedrooms, the living-dining area and the kitchen can be found. The entrance hall is very spacious and welcoming with amazing sea views. To the right hand side the master bedroom, en-suite and the guest toilette. To the left hand side the living-dining area with its warming chimney and direct access to the covered terrace, provide this space with a 'Je ne sais qua'. The dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, etc. and from there to the «mirador» or view point. A marvellous terrace with a BBQ area with a dining table, perfect for «al fresco» dining, or for those morning lovers who enjoy coffee while watching the quite deep blue sea.

The villa is surrounded by a wonderful mediteranian garden with marvellous old trees. The unobservable pool (9 x 4.5 mtrs.) is located on the lower part of the property.

THE LOCATION

Port D'es Canonge is the predilect spot for the local holidaymakers. There are only a handful of foreigners that have compelled to its charm, falling in love with it and set themselves up in this remote place. The access to Port d'es Canonge is through a narrow road, which only cars can access, stripping it from touristic agglomerations. It enjoys an incomparable privacy, protected by the Tramuntana Mountains on one side and the Mediterranean sea on the other.

The grandeur of the mountains flows into the property by its perfectly designed gardens with its olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, and fig trees, amongst others. This garden is simply paradise for children to play and the perfect for grown ups to relax.

Only 2 minutes from the house the protected port and its restaurants such as C'an Toni Moreno, specialized in fish and seafood, grant CA'N VISTA with the perfect excuse for a delicious evening out. Only another 20 minutes away coves and secrets charming places, such as Port Valldemossa or Estellencs can be found.

Valldemossa, Banyalbufar and Esporles are about 8 to 12 km away from this jewel. There you may find the closest pebble beaches. Sandy beaches are about an one-hour-drive away.

This coast offers many well-signalled excursions, for all levels. The excursions are well described in several guidebooks.

For those who prefer golf, the nearest golf course, Son Termes, is only 20 minutes from the property. There are many other golf courses within 60-minute drive.
