The Villa CAN VICENT RAFAL stands for a typical Ibizan estate. It has been completely renovated - in the style of the typical Ibizan architecture - and shines on a plot of approximately 40,000 square meters.
On an area of 720 sqm (living space incl. all terraces and pool house) you will find everything your heart desires: in the main building there are seven suites and bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room and a library with reading room and double fireplace. In addition, you will find relaxation on the terraces that surround the villa; the outdoor terrace with dining area at the entrance to the villa can also be closed with curtains.
The beautiful Villa CAN VICENT RAFAL has recently in 2017 been extended by a pool house and an additional outdoor space: this is another idyll with an additional bathroom, a living-/ dining- and BBQ area with 16 seats and chill out seating area.
In the midst of nature and surrounded by fruit trees you will find maritime deceleration. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and tranquility with a cozy BBQ.
Are you a larger group, planning a wedding, birthday or other event? Even then the Villa CAN VICENT RAFAL is your perfect holiday domicile.
The owner of the villa has already provided an interior dance room for this. The maximum capacity for an event is 140 guests. We will be happy to provide you with further information on this and how we can support you in planning your event at any time.
Additionally you can distribute your family and guests wonderfully on the Villa Calma, which you can reach on foot. So you as well as your guests or fellow travellers do not only enjoy this fantastic location, but also keep your privacy.

Villa CAN VICENT RAFAL is located near the coastal town of Sta. Eularia des Riu.
The coastal town of Sta. Eularia des Riu combines traditional charm with modernity. Here you will find everything you are looking for: excellent restaurants, numerous shops, a beautiful boulevard ("Paseo Maritim") along the approximately 300-meter long sandy beach, which also offers many opportunities for water sports to the beautiful marina with numerous bars and restaurants. But especially in the surrounding area of ??Villa CAN VICENT RAFAL you will find excellent restaurants that you might not notice at first glance. We are happy to make recommendations or assist you with the reservation.
The proximity to Sta. Eularia des Riu is also ideal if you want to charter a boat or a yacht for a trip to Formentera or spend a wonderful day in one of the surrounding bays.

Advance payment: A reservation is confirmed when 50% of the total amount of the booking is paid in advance. The rest of payment should be made maximum three weeks before the arrival date. The Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Deposit: 3.000 Euro. The deposit can be paid in cash at check-in or by bank transfer at least two weeks before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy: For reservations that have been confirmed for a stay of three weeks or longer, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made between the period of three months and up to three weeks before the actual check-in will not refund the deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 3 weeks before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay will not be refunded. The same rule applies to a no-show or a check-out before the actual departure date.

ECOTASA: The tourist tax “ECOTASA” is not included in the rental price and is to be paid on arrival.
