The villa has three levels and a basement. On the ground floor of the villa is a living and dining room, a fully equipped designer kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances, another dining table and a guest toilet with shower. The living room is accordingly bright and equipped with white seating furniture. The dining table has a glass top and can seat up to 8 guests. Both the kitchen and the living room are separated from the hallway by a glass wall. Thus the kitchen is also flooded with light. The eye contact to the adjoining living area as well as to the sea remains.

A glass staircase will bring you to the first floor. Here are three of four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a direct sea view (the smallest bedroom has no sea view).

On the top floor you will find the large Master-Suite, which is spread over the entire area of the villa. In addition to a dressing area and a spacious bathroom, there is a private sitting area with TV and exit onto two large (circumferential) terrace areas with lounge furniture.

A swimming pool is in the basement of the villa with a size of about 11 x 4 mtr. (not heated). Natural sunlight is guaranteed by the built-in skylight modules. With it you can enjoy the Villa Bohemi P. Mallorca in particular also in the low season or in the winter optimally and go swimming at any day and night time undisturbed.

The Villa Boehmi P. Mallorca is located in the northeast of Mallorca in the small fishing village Son Serra de Marina.

In the village itself there are two small supermarkets (distance approx. between 500 and 600 mtr.). However, for big purchases we recommend a trip to Can Picafort. Here, besides numerous supermarkets, there are also various restaurants, bars, nightlife and much more.

Son Serra de Marina is a place to relax, a place without disturbing hotels, surrounded by natural beaches. The beaches in the immediate vicinity are not overcrowded and are mostly frequented by locals or residents.  Enjoy the natural beaches, which are only a few meters away. Enjoy the view of the Tramuntana mountains. The areas around the village are nature reserves and therefore particularly valuable in terms of landscape. If you want to take long walks, you can walk north as far as Colonia de Sant Pere. Explore the place with its charming and idyllic ambience. Restaurants invite you to a cosy dinner.
