Covering 600.000 sqm (148 acres) of the Mediterranean and surroundedby turquoise waters and a unique flora, you will find an intimate hideaway, a perfect getaway for a selective clientele who seek the ultimate in privacy and luxury in Europe's most idyllic and popular place.
The entire estate is surrounded by magnificently spacious terraces with breath taking views in all directions, such as the island of Ibiza, the Mediterranean sea or the swimming pool. The Jacuzzi is also located on the vast pool terrace. The terraces in general have been furnished in a very modern, chill out style.
There is also separate accommodation for the staff.

Advance payment: 50% First down payment of the booking price, upon reservation date - 30% Second down payment of the booking price, is due 3 months prior to arrival - 20% Final payment of the booking price, and the expense advance is due one month prior to arrival
Deposit: 20.000 Euros Security Deposit. This amount will be refundable within 15 days after the end of the contract (specified in the contract)
Cancellation policy: All booking fees are non-refundable.
Final cleaning: Inklusive.
Private Yacht: A Private Yacht is available for charters (price on request)
