The approximately 400 year old Finca Son Rito is located on a 150,000 sqm plot with an incredible view over the whole landscape.

Son Rito consists of a main house and a neighboring house. In the main house there is a living and dining room, a lounge and four of the eight bedrooms, a guest toilet and a utility room. The living room is located in the entrance of the finca and has a large sofa with armchairs, fireplace, music system and TV.

From the well-equipped kitchen you access the spacious dining room and the garden terrace with additional seating at the back of the finca.

The further four bedrooms are situated n the neighboring house of the finca as well as another living room with sofa, fireplace and TV. Except one all bedrooms have direct access to the garden and to the shared terrace at the back of the finca.

Through the courtyard you reach the pool area of the property with a large manicured lawn, numerous sun loungers and parasols, an awning and a shady chill-out corner for cozy afternoons and evenings with romantic lighting.

A highlight is the Poolhouse with kitchen. In addition to a gas stove, grill and pizza oven, fireplace, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and dishwasher you have a large dining area with chairs. The terrace of the poolhouse is roofed and laterally glazed. The glass doors can be opened like an accordion so that you may vary depending on the weather and temperature. For a perfect holiday this area is also equipped with a music system, TV, WiFi and table tennis and a shower with toilet.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is about 38 km from the property Son Rito. The Finca Son Rito is surrounded by nature on a small hill in the southeast of Mallorca. Only a rural access road leads you to the finca.

By a short drive on the Ma-5120 you reach the town Felanitx, where several supermarkets (e.g. Eroski, Lidl) and restaurants are located. Santanyi is about 22 km and the city center of Palma de Mallorca, Plaza d'Espana, is about 50 km away.

Portocolom, one of the most beautiful coastal towns in the east of the island can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. Enjoy the family-friendly sandy and shallow beach in the Cala Marcal. Portocolom is a place that is not haunted by mass tourism. The village and especially the port have a picturesque appearance with traditional fishing boats and its lighthouse. It invites you to relax with a glass of red wine, tapas and delicious fish dishes.
