The Finca CAN ROCA offers guests looking for relaxation an idyllic holiday home surrounded by a mediterranean garden with palm trees and almond trees: an exclusive oasis of peace with 350 sqm living space and suitable for 12 persons.
CAN ROCA is equipped with modern as well as rustic details such as open ceiling beams and natural stones. From the cosy living room with the adjoining dining area you have a wonderful view of the sun terrace and the swimming pool area to the sea. A utility room, a large and fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. Ceiling fans are installed in the living areas to regulate the climate.
CAN ROCA offers you and your guests the possibility to eat outside at any time: the roofed terrace with its large dining table and its cosy sitting area not only invites you to breakfast, but is also an oasis of relaxation and enjoyment at any time. From the terrace you can reach the swimming pool area: a large swimming pool (13 x 5 mtr.) as well as a Bali Bed and Chill-Out sofas offer all the comforts you could wish for for wonderful holidays and evenings under the Mallorcan sky. Two mountain bikes are also available for sporty guests (free of charge).
Enjoy the pool area with its cascade - with a soothing massage - or relax with a glass of champagne in the jacuzzi: that is pure luxury!
This exclusive Finca is situated on a hill in the Southwest of Mallorca nearby the village Alqueria Blanca/Santanyi. From there you may enjoy a fantastic view of a large part of the island and the sea until to the island of Cabrera. The sea and the golf course Vall D'or are about 5 km away. The romantic Southeast coast provides fantastic beaches and excellent bathing opportunities: Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyi, Cala Figuera, Porto Petro, Cala d´Or, Es Trenc.
In Santanyi, Alqueria Blanca and Cala d'Or offer various shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés.

The six bedrooms of the Finca CAN ROCA are equipped with beautiful wooden double or single beds and have practical built-in wardrobes; four of them have en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with fans to improve the climate. The bathrooms are all fully equipped and have a bathtub or shower.

Advance payment: 25% First down payment of the booking price, upon reservation date - 75% Final payment of the booking price 4 weeks in advance by bank transfer or cash on arrival date.
Deposit: 500 Euro. The deposit must be paid in cash at the CHECK-IN and will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy: You will receive the cancellation conditions with your booking request.
Final cleaning: Included.
ECOTASA: The tourist tax ECOTASA is not included in the rental price and is to be paid on arrival.
