The exclusive property of Sa Tanca des Garbello has been furnished with great attention to detail. Formerly a finca, today a finca hotel of a special kind. The original Majorcan style was retained and combined with modern elements.
The rooms of the finca hotel have modern bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, bathrobes and pool towels.
Thanks to the orientation of the rooms towards the Mediterranean garden with its spacious lawn, orange, lemon and fig trees as well as the swimming pool and chill-out areas, the property appears like an oasis.
If you wish to exchange this oasis of relaxation for a day at the beach, you will find beach bags with beach towels and parasols at your disposal - a special service of the passionate hosts.
Every day of your vacation at Sa Tanca starts with a breakfast à la carte: enjoy homemade marmalade, egg dishes of your choice, cheese, ham and traditional Mallorcan delicacies. Salads, snacks or the classic Mallorcan "Pan amb Oli" are offered during lunchtime.
During the summer months, culinary evenings are held once or twice a week. Be curious and let us surprise you!
The Finca Hotel Sa Tanca is located in the southeast of the island of Mallorca, in the immediate vicinity of the tourist area of Cala D'Or in the region Migjorn.
Migjorn region offers many small villages with a gastronomical variety in every price category as well as one of the numerous golf courses of Mallorca: „Vall d’Or Golf“ near S’Horta.
From Sa Tanca you can easily reach Cala D'Or by foot, by bike or by rental car: the nearest big supermarket "Eroski" is only 450 mtr. away. The centre of the village is less than 1 km away and the bay "Cala Gran" can be reached directly from Sa Tanca in only 1.4 km.
In Portopetro, about 3.5 km away, a typical fishing village surrounded by pine forests awaits you. Here you can enjoy excellent fish specialities. The popular village of Santanyi is only a 15 minute drive away. In addition to the popular weekly markets on Placa Major (Wednesday and Saturday mornings - except public holidays) there are numerous cafés, restaurants and interesting, tasteful shops.
Do you know the „Parc natural de Mondragó” with an area of about 766 hectares and its fantastic bathing bays Cala Mondrago, S’Amarador and Sa Font de N’Alis. The Parc natural de Mondragó not only is a paradise for botanists, zoologists and ornithologists but also for all those who want to enjoy untouched nature.

All double rooms and family rooms have a bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, pool towels, satellite TV, safe, minibar, air conditioning (with heating) and free WiFi, JBL music system (docking station). Beach bag with beach towels and parasol.
Guests of the Finca Hotel have coffee, cake and fresh fruit at their disposal throughout the day. There is also a ready-packed basket with plates, cutlery and wine glasses if you wish to retire and have a snack in your room.

The prices are per night and for two persons including breakfast and daily cleaning (except Sundays). Children up to 2 years without additional costs.

Advance payment: A reservation is confirmed when 15% of the total amount of the reservation is paid in advance. The balance of the payment (75%) must be made at Check-in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
Cancellation policy: If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of the rental. If the cancellation is made 59 - 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within less than 7 days, no-show without prior cancellation or early check-out, you will have to pay the full price of the booked period of stay. In these cases, no (pro rata) refund will be made.
ECOTASA: The tourist tax “ECOTASA” is not included in the price and is to be paid on arrival.
