Finca Can Cos is a traditional finca from 1923, which has been lovingly renovated by the owners. There are 350 orange trees and 750 olive trees on the huge, fenced plot of 30,000 square metres. A dream, isn't it?
On the ground floor of the finca there is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating area for up to 6 people, as well as two living room areas (one area with TV and one area without TV for reading and/or relaxing). Two of the four bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. Almost all rooms have WiFi repeaters to give you the best possible internet coverage, no matter where you are. From the kitchen as well as from the living room, you can access the outdoor terrace on the garden side. A shaded dining area for up to 12 guests and lounge areas face the swimming pool oasis. The stunning swimming pool with its incredible dimensions of about 20 metres at the longest and 13.50 metres at the widest side will fascinate you from the first minute and make your heart beat faster: shallowly it goes into the water... a feeling of beach atmosphere in your own garden!

At the Finca Can Cos you will only want to spend your holiday outside, because: next to the fantastic and child-friendly swimming pool there is a pool house of about 112 sqm, which leaves no holiday wishes unfulfilled. A private barbecue area (gas barbecue) with a second kitchen, a huge wooden table for up to 20 people and another chill-out area will spoil you from the first minute. Here you may enjoy delicious tapas prepare a BBQ and end the day with sangria or Spanish wine while listening to good music.
In addition, the pool house has a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower and: last but not least: a small fitness area for those who do not want to miss out on sporting activities. FInca Can Cos invites everyone else to the covered games area at the main building: here you will find a bar, a billiard table, TV and music system.

The coastal town of Sta. Eulària des Riu itself combines traditional charm with modernity and brings locals and holiday makers together. Here you will find everything you are looking for: Restaurants of all kinds, numerous shopping possibilities, the beautiful Marina de Santa Eulària des Riu with numerous bars and other restaurants. The "Rambla S'Alamera" with its shady trees and market stalls provide a relaxed flair. The "Paseo Maritim" promenade along the 300 metre long city beach offers many opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. And who likes, from Santa Eulària you can start boat tours directly to Formentera, Ibiza city or to one of the neighbouring bays.
In the environs of Santa Eulària des Riu you can enjoy the varied countryside and the beautiful small villages like San Carlos or Sta. Gertrudis. Or take a trip to one of the many beautiful bays on the east coast and/or the restaurants located there.

Towels, pool towels and bed linen are changed once a week for stays of > 7 days, usually on Wednesdays or Saturdays (in coordination). Pool towels may not be taken to the beach.

A regular cleaning or maintenance of the swimming pool (twice a week) as well as the care of the garden are included in the rental price.
The daily or weekly rates are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights in the high season (01 July to 15/16 September of a year).
In the low and mid season (01 April - 30 June and from 15/16 September - 31 October of a year) the minimum stay is four nights, plus an additional charge.
High season (July 1 - September 15/16): Saturday - Saturday
Low season: different arrival and departure days possible, upon prior request and agreement.
Check-in: from 4 p.m. | Check-out: until 10 a.m.
Celebrations, events or functions are possible up to 55 persons - more details - as well as the costs of the event-fee - on request!

Advance payment: A reservation is confirmed when 30% of the total amount of the reservation is paid in advance.
Deposit: 3.000 Euros. The deposit must be paid at least 1 week before the check-in date by bank transfer. Refunds will be made by bank transfer within one week after the check-out date.
