Finca C. Rosita is located near the coastal town of Sta. Eulalia with direct access to a small beach within a short walking distance.
The rooms of Finca C. Rosita are distributed on two levels. On the ground floor, Finca C. Rosita has an open salon with fireplace and a large dining area. There is another dining area in the fully equipped kitchen with adjoining pantry and utility room. Two of the four bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on this level.
The further bedrooms, partly with private terraces and bathrooms are upstairs. From each bedroom you have a view into the surrounding garden of the property. All bathrooms have been recently renovated and are therefore extremely modern and chic.
Finca C. Rosita is surrounded by partly covered terraces so you can switch from the sun to the shade or vice versa at any time of the day, as you like best. From the upper floor you also have a fantastic view over the entire property and the bay. In front of the finca is the swimming pool (12 x 6 mtr.), which is surrounded by lawn. The ideal location of the pool allows you to sunbathe all day long.
You may end the day with your family and / or friends on the large covered terrace with dining area with a cozy and delicious BBQ.
And if you do not want to be on the grill yourself, you have the best option to dine in one of the two beach restaurants.
Finca C. Rosita is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Due to the size of the property, which is completely fenced, your children will find enough space to play. And for the joint trip to the beach you do not even need a vehicle.

Finca C. Rosita is located in the countryside just 2.5 km from the centre of the beautiful coastal town of Santa Eulalia. The next large supermarket is only 1.5 km away. Only a narrow unpaved road leads to Finca C. Rosita which stands in the middle of a plot of 7,000 square meters. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and (fruit) trees. Through another gate you reach the adjacent sandy beach "Playa Niu Blau" in about 100 mtr. distance. From here you have a wonderful view all the way to Formentera.
The two beach restaurants offer local / Mediterranean cuisine and invite you to feast.; whether during the day or in the evening. Through the pine trees you will find pleasant shady spots even at the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas can also be rented there.
The location is perfect for a relaxing and quiet family holiday in the nature, without missing the proximity and benefits of a city.
The coastal town Sta. Eularia des Riu connects traditional charme and modern age. There you will find everything you are looking for: fantastic restaurants, numerous shopping facilities, a beautiful promenade („Paseo Maritim“) along the sandy beach of about 300 meters which offers a wide range of water sports and not to forget the magnificent marina with numerous bars and restaurants.
Those who like, can also go by boat to Formentera, Ibiza town or one of the neighbour bays.
Sta. Eularia des Riu is a place that brings together residents and tourists. The „Rambla S’Alamera“ with its shady trees and the market stalls offers a relaxed atmosphere. In the surrounding of Sta. Eularia des Riu you may also visit one of the lovely small villages like San Carlos or Sta. Gertrudis. Or you go on an excursion to one of the numerous fantastic bathing bays and enjoy a lunch or a dinner in one of the excellent restaurants located there.

All bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2017/2018 and are state of the art. The kitchen was completely modernised in 2022 and has an adjoining terrace with its own access.

Advance payment: A reservation will be confirmed if 50% of the total amount of the reservation is paid in advance by bank transfer. The remainder of the payment (50%) can be made on the day of arrival (check-in) in cash or in advance by bank transfer, but no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
Deposit: The deposit is 800 Euros and must be paid on the day of arrival (check-in). The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy: In case of a cancellation until 30 days before arrival date, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation within 30 days before the actual arrival date, the full rental fee has to be paid. For a check-out before the agreed departure date, the total amount paid is non-refundable.
Final cleaning: Included.
ECOTASA: The tourist tax ECOTASA is not included in the rental price and is to be paid on arrival.
