The two-storey Villa K is exposed on a mountain on the east coast of the beautiful island of Ibiza. Enjoy absolute privacy every day with breathtaking views of the Morna Valley and the east coast, with no neighbors and no hotels to disturb you.

Next to the villa on the property is a guest house with a further bedroom, bathroom, sofa and kitchenette: ideal for accompanying staff or a family of friends.

The entrance hall of the villa impresses with its approximately 50 m² glass roof, which illuminates the villa wonderfully. With the help of two motors, the glass roof can be easily opened to enjoy the fresh air and the scent of the pine forest. Next to the entrance hall on your right is a second, small living room. To your left is one of the villa's four bedrooms and a guest toilet opposite. On the upper floor of the villa there are two further bedrooms and the master suite.

From the entrance hall, you enter directly into the living room, which can be closed off with folding glass doors. The living room, with an open fireplace for the winter months, invites you to linger in comfort. The integrated dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped; there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden. This means you have a short walk to the barbecue and another dining area in the garden. Both the villa and the guest house have high-quality, handmade terracotta tiles on the heated floors. All rooms in the villa and the guest house are air-conditioned (hot/cold).

Large sliding glass doors connect the living room with the covered veranda and the wonderful garden. The dining area and the chill-out corner invite you to enjoy culinary evenings with an indescribable, dreamlike view.

The plot size of the property is approximately 35,060 square meters to the top of the mountain; the main house and guest house have a total of approximately 400 square meters of living space.

VILLA K IBIZA is located not far from the coastal town of Santa Eulalia del Rio. A narrow paved access road leads up to the private property. There is therefore no through traffic. From the entrance gate to the villa it is another 350 meters uphill.

VILLA K IBIZA is surrounded by a pine forest with fantastic panoramic views across the countryside to the sea. The location is therefore perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation in nature, without missing the proximity of a city.

The coastal town of Sta. Eularia des Riu combines traditional charm with modernity. Here you will find everything you are looking for: excellent restaurants, numerous shopping facilities, a beautiful promenade Paseo Maritimo along the approx. 300 meter long sandy beach, which also offers a lot to water sports enthusiasts, as well as a beautiful marina with numerous bars and restaurants.

If you like, you can take boat trips from Santa Eulalia del Rio to Formentera, Ibiza Town or one of the surrounding bays.

Sta. Eularia des Riu is a place that brings locals and holidaymakers together. The Rambla S'Alamera with its shady trees and market stalls creates a relaxed atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity of Sta. Eularia des Riu, you can enjoy the diverse hinterland and the beautiful little villages such as San Carlos or Sta. Gertrudis. Or take a trip to the numerous beautiful bathing bays and the restaurants there.
