The new-build villa FIFRAMAR CC Ibiza combines traditional aspects of a classic finca with modern, technological extras that offer comfort and charm for its guests: Smart Home for controlling the lighting, blinds, etc., TV 3D and satellite TV with Movistar and Sky in several languages, computer and printer for your errands in between.

VILLA FIFRAMAR CC Ibiza has a total constructed area of around 948 m², which is divided between the villa itself with its five bedrooms and bathrooms and the guest house with two further bedrooms.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned (summer - winter), spacious and flooded with light thanks to the large glazed areas. The numerous terraces - some open, some covered - offer privacy as well as plenty of space for socializing and getting together.

On this level you will find the living room with TV corner and the fireplace room with computer/work area. The dining room area is connected by a sliding door to the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will also find a table soccer table to pass the time until the water boils.

VILLA FIFRAMAR CC Ibiza is located on the west coast of Ibiza. It offers an impressive and incomparable view of the sea and the islands of Conigliera, S'Espartar and smaller ones. The beach of Cala Comte is within easy walking distance (approx. 1.5 km). Cala Comte is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with turquoise waters reminiscent of the beaches of the Caribbean.

Cala Comte is located in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia and 8 km west of the village of Sant Agustí des Vedrà. From here you can reach all the beaches and coves of the beautiful south-west coast as well as many of the island's hot spots:

Cala Conta - about 1.5 km
An approximately 800-meter-long beach with crystal-clear water and the island hotspot Sunset Ashram, beach bar and restaurant. Cala Conta is one of the most beautiful beaches on Ibiza and is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

Cala Bassa - about 1.5 km
A light golden beach about 300 m long with clear, turquoise water. A popular beach for tourists and locals. The well-known Cala Bassa Beach Club offers both a beach bar and a restaurant.

Cala Tarida - about 4 km
Cala Tarida itself is a sandy beach with a length of about 900 mtr. and is a very popular and family-friendly tourist beach. The water is clear and shines in different shades of blue. In addition to beach bars and restaurants, there are also water sports facilities.

Cala d'Hort - about 17.5 km
Cala d'Hort has only a narrow stretch of beach and is partly pebbly and partly sandy. A very popular place to lie in the sun, swim and eat fresh fish in the excellent fish restaurants El Carmen and Es Boldado. An absolute hotspot is the view of the mysterious rocky island of Es Vedrà, which is cloaked in wonderful colors depending on the weather and time of day.
