VILLA CAN MADERUS is a modern villa - built in the traditional Ibizan style.

It is located just outside Santa Eulalia on a hill - facing south - with views as far as the sea.

Step inside and you will immediately feel like you have arrived in Ibiza: a large living room with fireplace, a seating and TV corner and a large dining area await you. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining area and further access directly from the lounge. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a covered outdoor barbecue - perfect for preparing Mediterranean fish and meat. You have access to the large terrace from both the living room and the kitchen. The terrace, which is partly covered, is ideal for delicious al fresco dining and for sunbathing on one of the numerous loungers or pool loungers. A spacious and perfectly manicured garden with roses, Mediterranean plants and trees surrounds the house. The swimming pool is fenced off for the safety of (small) children.

VILLA CAN MADERUS is designed for up to eight people. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were built with great attention to detail: Real wood floors, real wood furniture and matching decoration - all color-coordinated to fully satisfy the guests of VILLA CAN MADERUS. 1 bedroom with two single beds (110 x 200 cm) and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

Upper floor

1 bedroom (master suite) with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) large wardrobe, secretary, LCD TV and access to the large roof terrace via a sliding door. En suite bathroom with large bathtub / whirlpool and panoramic view, double sink, toilet and bidet.

1 bedroom with a French bed (150 x 200 cm), large wardrobe, LCD TV and exit to a small balcony. En suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Do you need baby cots or highchairs? If required, up to 2 baby cots and highchairs are available free of charge.

VILLA CAN MADERUS is located not far from the coastal town of Sta. Eularia des Riu on one of the surrounding hills. A narrow unpaved access road leads up to the property. There is therefore no through traffic.

The location is therefore perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation without wanting to miss the proximity of a town.

The coastal town of Sta. Eularia des Riu combines traditional charm with modernity. Here you will find everything you are looking for: excellent restaurants, numerous shopping facilities, a beautiful promenade Paseo Maritim along the approx. 300 meter long sandy beach, which also offers a lot to water sports enthusiasts, up to the beautiful marina with numerous bars and restaurants.

If you like, you can take boat trips from Santa Eulalia del Rio to Formentera, Ibiza Town or one of the surrounding bays.

Sta. Eularia des Riu is a place that brings locals and holidaymakers together. The Rambla S'Alamera with its shady trees and market stalls creates a relaxed atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity of Sta. Eularia des Riu, you can enjoy the diverse hinterland and the beautiful little villages such as San Carlos or Sta. Gertrudis. Or take a trip to the numerous beautiful bathing bays and the restaurants there.
