FINCA CAN JORDI Mallorca stands for a spacious finca in the southeast of Mallorca, an ideal vacation home for families or a group of friends, cyclists or hikers.

The authentic FINCA CAN JORDI Mallorca consists of a main house and an annexe and therefore offers ideal conditions for a vacation on a finca for a larger group of people.

The main house consists of two floors, the first floor and an upper floor. On the first floor you will find a large living area as well as a large and modern kitchen with a small seating area. From both the living area and the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace with adjoining pool area. The spacious dining room is located opposite the kitchen and has access to a Mediterranean patio. Another cozy seating area in traditional finca style is located in the hallway of the finca, in the immediate vicinity of the staircase to the upper floor. Three of the five bedrooms in the main house are located on the first floor. Two further bedrooms (suites) are located on the upper floor of the finca, some with a terrace. The cozy atmosphere of the finca is rounded off by the small, comfortable reading corner with two large armchairs on the gallery of the upper floor.

In the adjoining house of the authentic FINCA CAN JORDI Mallorca you will find a total of three further bedrooms, one of which has a separate entrance with en suite bathroom. The larger area of the adjoining house offers - in addition to two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - a small living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a small, modern and open kitchen. A partially covered patio connects the annexe with the finca. The patio is also equipped with garden furniture, so that you can also retreat here to read a book, have a coffee or get your bike ready for the next excursion.

The outdoor area of this finca is generously laid out and offers various sun and shade zones. Many Mediterranean plants such as baobabs, prickly pears and lemon trees can be found throughout the property. The private swimming pool with Roman steps measures 10.00 x 5.00 meters and has a depth of 1.00-1.80 meters. Sun loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe. Between the outdoor terrace with additional dining area is a small outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue. Enjoy cozy barbecue evenings in the balmy summer air or treat yourself to a glass of wine on one of the terraces in the outdoor areas.
