FINCA CAN COS Ibiza is a traditional finca dating back to 1923, which has been lovingly renovated by the owners. There are 350 orange trees and 750 olive trees on the huge, fenced plot of 30,000 m². A dream, isn't it?

On the first floor of the finca there is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating area for up to 6 people as well as two living room areas (one area with TV and one area without TV for reading and/or relaxing). Two of the four bedrooms are also located on the first floor. Almost all rooms have WiFi repeaters to give you the best possible online access - no matter where you are. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the outdoor terrace on the garden side. A shaded dining area for up to 12 guests and lounge areas face the swimming pool oasis. The stunning swimming pool with its incredible dimensions of around 20 meters on the longest side and 13.50 meters on the widest side will fascinate you from the very first minute and make your heart beat faster: the water is shallow... a feeling of beach atmosphere in your own garden!

At FINCA CAN COS Ibiza, you will only want to spend your vacation outdoors, because: in addition to the gorgeous and child-friendly swimming pool, there is a pool house of around 112 sqm that leaves no vacation wish unfulfilled. A private barbecue area (with gas barbecue) with a second kitchen, a huge wooden table for up to 20 people and a further chill-out area will spoil you from the very first minute. Here you can enjoy delicious tapas, have a BBQ and round off the day with sangria or Spanish wine and good music.

The pool house also has a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower and, last but not least, a small fitness area for those who don't want to miss out on sporting activities. Finca Can Cos invites everyone else to the covered games area in the main building: here you will find a bar, pool table, TV and music system.

P.S. Try the excellent "Can Cosmi" extra virgin olive oil and afterwards you can proudly say that this oil comes from the estate with its numerous olive groves, where you spent the best days or weeks of the year.

FINCA CAN COS Ibiza is located on the east coast of Ibiza, near Es Canar, Santa Eulária des Riu. The finca with its perfect location on the 30,000 m² plot with numerous olive groves is only a few minutes' drive from the center of Santa Eulária des Riu. It is only a few minutes' walk to Es Canar itself, where there are stores, bars and restaurants.

The nearby Cala Martina beach with restaurants and water sports facilities is only about 1.2 kilometers away.

The coastal town of Sta. Eulària des Riu itself combines traditional charm with modernity and brings locals and holidaymakers together. Here you will find everything you are looking for: Restaurants of all kinds, numerous shopping opportunities, the beautiful marina with numerous bars and other restaurants. The Rambla S'Alamera with its shady trees and market stalls provides a relaxed atmosphere. The Paseo Maritimo promenade along the 300-metre-long city beach offers many opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. And if you like, you can take boat trips from Santa Eulària directly to Formentera, Ibiza Town or one of the surrounding bays.

In the immediate vicinity of Santa Eulària des Riu, you can enjoy the diverse hinterland and the beautiful little villages such as San Carlos or Sta. Gertrudis. Or take a trip to one of the many beautiful bays on the east coast and/or the restaurants located there.
